Brixham Pirate Festival Ltd is a not-for-profit limited company whose directors work with Brixham Pirate Festival Committee fundraising, organising and running the annual Brixham Pirate Festival.

We use the data to communicate with you so we can fundraise, organise and run the annual Brixham Pirate Festival.

What data do we hold electronically?
The data include some or all of the following, and only as much as necessary to document your involvement with that year’s festival: Business name/personal name/contact email address/postal address/ contact phone number, if appropriate/ amount to be paid to, or paid by, Brixham Pirate Festival Ltd./your business logo/text of preferred map listing content.

Who can access your data?
Only the members of the Committee who are dealing with your involvement with the Festival have access to your data. Your data will not be made available to any other organisation or individuals.

When will my data be removed?
It will be removed from our electronic systems at the end of our accounting year. The current year ends on 30/6/2020.
